Realistic Tank Battles: How do I get my choice of aircraft into my list of tanks?

So I join a Realist Tank Battle but have no choice of aircraft, in the case I might want to Spawn one later in the game...

Is this because my aircraft tiers are not as high as my tanks?

Or am I missing something completely obvious!

you'll need to put your plane in your tank lineup.

Assuming you have grinded your planes a bit, just open up your tech tree, switch to Aviation, hover over the plane(s) you want to add to your lineup and click "Choose a Crew". You'll have to pay a small bit of SL to assign them to a crew slot just like tanks, aside from Reserves, which are free.

Make sure your plane battle-ratings are the same or lower than your tanks battle-ratings though, as plane BR does count in Tank Realistic Battles so if you combine a 9.0 plane with 1.0 tanks you'll get thrown into a 9.0 tank game.

Just remember your planes BR factors in when deciding who you face. So dont take a higher BR plane then your tanks unless you want weaker tanks compared to the enemy.

Your BR is the highest vehicle in your lineup, not just your highest tank.
