how many should i have or wich? should i use the stock ammo more or upgraded?

and was wondering about 3BM29 Aluminum sabot

Really, you want to use the upgraded 3BM22 more (better all around penetration), but the biggest factor is up to you, and that's cost. If you are fine paying 900SL per shot, then take 3BM22. If not, take 3BM15. Or, take a mix, it's all your choice on that part.

As for 3BM29, I doubt it. Only the exterior was made of aluminum (V-95 aluminum alloy to be specific), but the penetrator was uranium (hard to find what type exactly, but likely the UTNs that they started with which was a uranium-nickel-zinc alloy).

Though it is worth taking some HE in my view. Hitting the right spot on a Leo 2A4 or AMX-40 around the upper hull can set off ammo they have there, or many side shots just above the skirts can cause serious damage as you have 47mm pen with it.
