Which one is the better tank to play at the 4.7 BR

Sherman Firefly imo, it's a lower BR and has more penetration. If you have some money, the M4A1 FL10 is really fun too on the French tree.

Firefly is better in the uptier, but the M4A1 is better at 4.7 and 5.0. Keep in mind the firefly is only better because it has 20 or so extra mm of pen on its solid shot compared to the M4A1s solid shot. If you find that to be a negligable amount, then the M4A1 is the way to go.

No it's not. The M4A1 76 is 5.0. At least in AB where I play it is.

It's a glass gun, not a glass cannon honestly. The penetration is just alright, and it can get penetrated by almost anything.
