Is it possible to invite xbone players to a squad on PC?

I really want to know before I get it on my xbox.

A: Xbox One users can choose whether they want to enable cross-network play. If they allow it, then they can play together with PC, Linux and Mac users. If they don’t, they can only play with other Xbox One users. Players may choose to change this at any time before entering battle.

From the FAQ. So no, currently you cannot squad up. Maybe in the future.

Actually yes you can squad up. I Have been able to invite my Xbox Friends to squad, but its extremely hard. You have to type the Xbox Users gamertag, when it pops up press Invite to Squad. It is so frustrating tho, because I cannot invite them via fought together list, nor can I add them as a friend.

I actualy have it on my PC.. and I was going to get it on my xbox cause I dont always have my PC on hand cause my brother broke his so sometimes he hops on and I have to play GTA V on my console, but it get boring.
