How to measure range and move those lines on your scope?

Under Controls -> Tank -> Camera controls, the setting "Mouse Wheel (Tank)" can be swaped from "Zoom Axis" to "Sight Distance Control", which lets you move the bars. Measuring range is the control setting called "Rangefinding" under Miscellaneous.
