Why is 38th parallel even in the game

It is the worst map in any have I've ever played nothing but people sitting in hull down shooting eachother across the map. or people sitting on top of the hill sniping. such a bad map that lets scumbags thrive

More like players who need a fire lit under their ass In order to get them to go cap some points instead of sniping the whole match.

I personally like the map, but it encourages bad habits.

That's a good thing to have for sure, but just the way the rocky areas around the dam are designed just makes SO many people decided to sit there and take pot shots at each other, often with a kill or two happening every now and then. It often results in a flanker to get one side moving (or a group and wipes them out).

The design of that area just tunnel visions so many people and often results in quite stale matches unless you want a small battle or two if you decided to avoid that mess.

I like it a lot for Sov heavies - they can glide down hills to cap. Kursk I dislike.....
