Why is M10 at 3.7
Tier 2 tank destroyer that is just a sherman with Br that can face u against dicker's maxes and other big tanks

On the other hand its gun can handle tanks 3.7 above. Dicker Maxes should be no issue.

Dude the M10 is nothing like the sherman, that's like saying the T95 is a M103

Every tank has its pro's and con's. The M10 is a tank destroyer with a great gun for its BR but crap armor so learn how to play with it. Its not a brawler tank and instead should be used in a simular manner to german tanks where you act as a sniper.

the m10/achilles is awful, it gets instakilled from every angle and the armour is so thin anglin it don' work. its also a perculiar thing in WT, vehicles such as the dicker max or m18 can take shots from say the kv2 as the shot will either go straight through or do not damage, but for some reason the same rule doesnt apply to the achilles where it gets annihilated immediately

also, why the hell is the british m10 4.0 but the american and japanese versions 3.7??

The British one gets the 17 pounder gun, with 170mm of pen. The American / French ones have 140 something.

The British one gets the 17 pounder gun, with 170mm of pen. The American / French ones have 140 something.

well tank destroyers arent there for taking hits especially in the US tree they have guns that are usually a BR lower than they would be on other tanks and they use that and mobility as their only advantage

The M10 is actually really good. Well hidden with only part of the turret showing, you can bounce quite a few rounds, the gun mantlet is incredibly trolly and the gun is just pure awesomness. Well angled while hiding my sides i've bounced or survived multiple hits from AMX-13's, KV's and t-34's, everything was yellow or orange but i survived, they didn't. Just gotta be careful, never stray into open terrain, try to stay hull down as much as possible and don't show side of the turret or hull.

The only bad thing about it is it's slow turret rotation but it doesn't really matter that much if you got a modicum of situational awareness and don't charge in the open where you can be surrounded or flanked.

The APCBC Shot Mk. 8 has 168mm of pen at 100m, just checked.

M10 can care of things up to 5.7, let alone 3.7

I was referring to the American/French 76mm M79 shot but yea, you are correct for the bong's version of the m10
