The Chinese Tech Tree is only in the Chinese version of the game. There are no plans as of now to move it to the International version of the game.

It's way more of a copy paste than Italy and France.

i have heard gaijin dont have creative control over the chinese tree on the chinese server and the company that runs it dont hold themselves to the same standards of accuracy that gaijin do so the very few if any of the unique chinese vehicles on it wouldnt be good enough for the international client

Chinese tanks that could fit in so far would be the Gongchen Tank, WZ-111, Type 58, Type 59, Type 59-I, Type 65 SPAA, Type 59-II, Type 62, Type 62-I, Type 70, Type 62G, Type 63, Type 63-I, Type 63-II, Type 63A, Type 69, Type 69-I, Type 69-IIA, Type 69-IIB/C, Type 69-III/79, Type 80, Type 80-II, Type 81, Type 82, Type 83 SPH 152mm, Type 85-I, Type 85 SPARL, Type 85 SPH 122mm, Type 88 SPAA, Type 89, Type 89 SPH 122mm, Type 89 TD 120mm, Type 90 SPARL, Type 91 SPH 122mm.Then all of the lend-leased vehicles need to be considered too. These could all be added and would easily take up half the ITT if it were to ever be implemented. The only real challenge would be to implement the Chinese air tree.

It would be dififcult however. Because you need to draw a line between the PRC and ROC eventually. The PRC is extremely hateful of the ROC, since the exsistance of the ROC already places the PRC legetimete rule of China in question.

More people knowing the ROC exsisted and even contributed in some ways to the war as well as the ensuing political upheaval during the civil war would refelct baddly on the PRC.

For a chinese tree to exsist in the internation version with out upseting the PRC, would be to make it so that the ROC never exsisted... And this would refelct badly on Gaijin and the PRC as this is an extreme political statment.

That's all 1960s and later stuff, which is why I said that they are unique in the MBT era. Pre war through WW2 will be, by far, the most heavily copy pasted tree in the game.

I support the idea though because of the unique MBTs after the earlier era.

They could simply fix that by making Chinese tanks flat green with no emblems and giving no historical background to the tanks in devblogs.

many of them are in a "similar" position to the Type 62 we have in game however, they are mostly weaker than their soviet counterparts and therefore would fill up a great deal of the tech tree(they just look modern and scary), the only "gap" would be the really low tier stuff which in theory wouldn't be much worse than Japan or France in regard to copy pasta.
That would not neccesarrly be the best of solution. The game is marketed with as a form with histroical accurecy in the tank desgin. Removing insignias takes away from that, and giving no historical background also removes form the original intents.

Even the Chinese client Chinese tree consisted of mostly of Soviet, Japanese, and US vehicles. Pre-war and WWII would just be filled with more lend lease/captured vehicles then anything (or locally built copies of Soviet tanks), but post war could start to get interesting. Though I would LOVE the M10 they had with what could be the ugliest turret I've seen with a Japanese 105mm Type 90 howitzer in it.

Though the problem comes in when you factor in the air (and later naval) trees they would need.

That's true, but in this case, it's either we don't have that stuff for China or China doesn't make an appearance at all.

They would be lower brs, but that is a huge gap to fill missing Tier I, II, and III unique vehicles at least for tanks. Most of the unique vehicles wouldn't be seen until around br 6.7, which leaves a considerable gap.

As for planes, they have enough modified planes to make early tiers work and I don't think there would be a problem for that tree.

I just looked up that M10 and I want it now.
