Fighters generally is a better way to grind, while bombers is for mainly farming SL.
Ground pounding is also a pretty good way of grinding... I think... am I right? Please tell me I’m right...
So what GM and what plane do you want to GP with?
Mostly the early IL-2s in RB
The rewarding system is also nice with fast research, you won't feel the grind but you lose alot of SL if your commited in grinding planes til tier IV(be warned).
I recommend finding a plane that you love to fly, preferrably within or next to the tier plane you want to grind, and then just having fun. Otherwise it's goingto be a pain. In a good game in a p47n15 or d28 I can make over 100k SL and about 6-8k rp non--premium. Of course I have bad games, but I still usually get at least 40k/3-4k. That's still a lot of games however, and if I flew planes that I didn't love flying it would absolutely suck.
