so for prorities:
1) loaders reload rate
2) gunner targeting
3) driver driving
4) leadership
5) gunners rangefinding
get the first few levels in all of them and push them up more or less in sync due to the cost skyrocketing at later levels so better to get some benefit from those points you are earning rather than let them sit around not helping you
EDIT: you can litterally mouse over the relevant skill nowadays, for example the loaders reloading, and it will give you a breakdown showing the various factors affecting it
Followed by leadership since this is much more expensive skill.
Dropping one or two points into other skills meanwhile before getting the last point of reload and leadership is also good idea because last points of those skills are expensive.
So how do I know that Leadership does anything? As there is indication other then the hover-over window that pops up.
Also thoughts on other skills that are across all crew members. Like Vitality, Field Repair and Agility? Thoughts on those? Also what about the Repair skills? For while the vehicle in is in the hanger. Thoughts on these too?
1. The points put into the skill.
2. Bonus from the Leadership skill.
3. Bonus from qualifications.
I don't really put a lot of emphasis on rangefinding, as you get a feel for ranges on your own and I don't use the rangefinder that often. I prefer to put points into agility and repair skill instead. Shaving a few seconds off repairing a breech or switching in a gunner can make the difference between life and death.
Loader reloading
Gunner targeting
Gunner rangefinding
Commander leadership
Driver driving
Other than that I recommend things like repair and agility, so if you get hit you can replace your crew faster and repair a bit faster too. If your tank isn't a heavy or TD, artillery is good to focus on too for your radio operator.
