how does bf 109 g-2/trop compare to f-4?

It seems way worse, and even with an aced G-2/trop I still prefer the F04, but once you start to get upgrades it true powers are unlocked.

The only good thing i can say about the G-2/trop is that the gunpods on it are actually effective and do not impact its performance quite as much as those on other Bf109's.

Aside from that, it's just the F-4/trop with a stronger engine at a higher BR.

The followup G-6, sadly, continues this trend.

After the F4, the only worthwhile 109s are the K4 and the G14 since both those models make overall improvements on the 109 frames themselves, not just the engines.

I don't agree with this, the G2 G6 are beasts , the F4 is a little more nimble than the G2 and has a better BR both very strong rudders and great flight models , most all the 109s are great planes with G2 F4 K4 my fav.

The 109G2 trop is the OP german that wrecks 4.3 allies and the F4 is the 3.7 plane that wrecks allies, 99% of the time. No differnce really. Just different forms or altermate reality BS gaijin German altermate history reality bias, that's all.
