How do I reassign my mouse wheel to aircraft throttle?

I recently screwed up my controls and don't know how to fix this

Scroll wheel axis in aircraft, change it to throttle in the drop down box

Look it up in youtube I cant remember where it is but there is a video showing how to increase the throttle ratio, other wise you will be winding the mouse wheel like crazy to a small % of throttle.
