high fire rate,able to kill tanks even from the front,if u are in a plane most of the time your bullets will hit the gun and not the gunner,u kill with one or 2 shots,and your just 20 mm ,it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ shots apcr,its by far the best AA compared to the others of the same br,its br its too low

Actually, the Wirbel's highest pen belt is alternating HVAP-T and API-T shells. No APCR at all... And loads of tanks can frontally pen the wirbel, although if you shoot the hull you're doing it wrong, always go gunner first.

Also also, try diving from high angles vertically on it in an aircraft. Sure it 'does' have a full 90 degree elevation, but it takes a lot more effort to accurately aim that shot as an AA. Where, as a plane you have full view of the open-topped turret and crew.

It's gotten to the point where people want SPAA to just be able to harm planes and not be able to hurt Ground Vehicles at all.

It really says something about German teams when the So-Ki, that the Wirbelwind is only one BR step above, is worse than it in every way, yet So-Ki drivers consistently do better than the idiots in Wirbelwinds you see alongside it every battle spraying-and-praying.

The Wirbelwind is like nearly every American plane (plus the Ju-87 G) where it's undertiered because of the sheer number of complete idiots constantly bringing its average performance down.

The wirbel is easy to pen... I mean...

I strafed that thing in a fighter plane. Not an attack plane, not a bomber... A fighter plane. I was in a dogfight, killed a bomber or attacker. I noticed "Wirbelwind" right below me. I switched course, fired for 1 second, then aimed up again. Literally fired for one second and it was dead. From full HP to nada.

So this bias stuff.... it gives me cancer..

I'd say it should at least be at the same BR as the Ostwind, either bring the Wirbelwind up or the Ostwind down, since the Ostwind has a lower traverse speed (massively painful for AA) and 3 less guns with lower firerate (also worse for AA) and often doesn't kill a plane with 37mm HE

Are you serious? Do you load the right shell? Because with the right shell, one hit to a plane from the 37mm is like a guaranteed kill

It really isn't, I've hit planes 1-2 times and just got "hit" with the best HE shells for the Ostwind, sometimes it one-hits planes, bit the Wirbelwind is more reliable for killing them
