this museum just outside of moscow has one, presumably more information is available there but i cant find much online
in any case how are you mistaking it for north korean? its the russian prototype derivitive of the pt76, just because north korea had one with the same name does not make them the same thing

900: Volograd (or Stalingrad depending on the time) Tractor Plant
Of course, like any similar system, sometimes there are odd ones or ones that don't exactly follow this system. An example being the IS-2, factory designation Object 240. So we go to the 200 series, Leningrad Kirov Plant, and if we search anywhere we can find that the Leningrad Kirov Plant was the first one to start producing them. We have "Object 906" and "Object 268" because they never recieved a designation past that.
