discrimination between AB and RB players

so i got added by a guy who wanted to play together with me. im always fine with that. but when we started the mode he was like "AB? why that filthy gamemode?" and unfriended me.

it seems to me that there is a certain type of discrimination going on here.

I like AB for grinding. RB is more fun and challenging.

Honestly i hate AB with a burning passion; but this guy is a prick. He joined your squad; which he likely knew was mostly AB. Then proceeds to whine; there are plenty of RB/SB squads to join if that's his cup of tea.

Now for the most part when people talk about AB/RB/SB i just look past it; the only time i discriminate is when talking about weapon or armor performance. AB has much more RNG; meaning tips applicable to RB may be next to useless in AB.

Aside from that i don't care.

I play Tank AB to learn where the weak spots are. I play AB more than RB, to be honest...

But when I switch to RB, I get 6 ground kills, 3 air kills, multiple assists. Not a noob.

Cocky players in both AB and RB claiming elitism. I play both for tanks, don't really do planes, but both have different sets of challenges. Many players who play exclusively either RB or AB are quite toxic to the other side who play one of the two modes exclusively. AB is better for stock grinds, as you'll be close to useless without a cannon breech in RB in higher tier vehicles, while RB is much more fun after parts and FPE although AB is still a faster grindfest for modifications (this is all my opinion of course, and isn't set in stone)

i love rb because more juice
