What's the point of Sturmpanzer II?

I get there has to be trash-tier machines, but this one is beyond ridiculous. No armor. No roof. Short barrel means huge drop and low accuracy. Reload speed on my second best team (level 61, tier 3 reloading) allows me to shoot once per game. What the hell?

Play the factory map. Take the sturmpanzer, hide in the buildings. Enjoy dropping bombs while staying beyond other tanks reach

How can you not succeed in that thing? Close quarters, hit em with the big and then scoot back behind cover. There is literally nothing you can't kill. And come on, the reload isn't THAT bad for what you get.

Just don't try to sit back and snipe, cuz like you said, no armor, low velocity. You will die.

The big point is that, with the HEAT you have to hit the target (which may be hard because you need to aim with it like howitzer, that means indirect fire)

With the HE you just need to hit the ground near he target ... the shell has so much power that splash damage alone can kill or cripple the enemy, by the shrapnells finding the weak spot of the tank (and maybe even damaging more enemies than one)
