Well yak 1b then, the p47 is way better but its not a turn fighter at all, pure boom and zoomer.
Well the Corsair is a mix between a p47 and a turnfighter because its basically a BnZer as well but it can outturn an A6m2 after the first dive when u still have speed but if u keep turning, its over for u. The A6m2 is the best turnfighter in the game (only defeated by biplanes and ki 43s)
If a spitfire tries to dogfight u, he is dead but keep this in mind, its slow, way slower than the f4u,p47 and yak 1b but its the best at low hights.
So if u want a pure BnZ with an amazing firepower that will light almost everything in one burst but it flies like a brick, go for the p47. If u want a fast plane with the same amount of firepower and only if u keep in mind that if u turn u might get a kill or u might be killed in action, f4u is your plane. If u want a good turn/energy fighter with the best cannon of these 4 go for the yak 1b but if u have problems with your aim (only 120 cannon shells) and if u mind to be slower than f4us and p47s (yak 1b max speed 550-600 max, after that u will explode, just to let you know, f4us and p47s can dive at 750-800kmh) but if u dont mind to be the weakest plane in every aspect, cannon (not bad cannon but keep in mind that its a slow fire rate cannon)
, no self sealing fuel tank, slow and fragile but with the best turn rate of these 4 and trust me, being weaker doesnt mean that its a bad plane, its an awesome plane if you use it properly. Get into big dogfights areas and u will rekt them, actually the climb rate is very very good due to the low weight.
In conclusion, all of them are great but some are easiest than others. My best tip would be to buy a diferent plane if u want turn and speed: spitfires, 109s but if u want good dogfighters u have the a7ms, a6m5s spits again and my favorite, the australian Boomerang.
Its up to u! And feel free to ask more if u still have doubts....
So im kinda suck at aiming with cannons, but i want that yak1b both grinding and how it looks.
Also I wanted to buy Boomerang in winter sale but i read some discussions about it and they were critising how bad it is.Is it actually bad?
It depends on the gamemode but in my gamemode, Simulation, its very good because of the low-altitude fights and the guns damage but it may be bad for RB because of some facts: its not very fast, the mk 1 only gets 60 shells per cannon (120) but to compensate this u have 4000 7.7mm MGs which in my opinion are decent but heres the problem, its a 3.3 plane in RB and AB which means you will face better oponents like 109s f4, p47s, yaks and las and japanese plane will outturn you almost always. So it depends if u are good with MG, your aim with cannons and u must know how to fly to get good results.
To sum up, i would buy it without doubt but......... Be aware of the BR if u decide to buy it.
Yaks are very good tbh, thats your best option but if your aim is not good you will have some problems at the beginning so practice is the key, shoot only when u are sure u will get some hits.
Maybe the La-5 is good for u: 300 x20mms shVak, good speed, good turn rate but not as good as Yaks. Decent plane for AB and RB, awesome in SB!
