RB air bases hp/bases reappearing.

Just had an RB match where the 3 minibases seemed to have double hp. But even after all 3 were distroyed, while me and another bomber were landing, all 3 reappeared again to be destroyed.

Not sure if it is a bug, or some change or what.

bases with double HP is a new thing?
bases reappearing i guess was a bug?
