Is the Javelin F.(A.W.) Mk.9 still underperforming?

I remember upon release, the Javelin was ripping at at 1000-1100km/h or so, while IRL it could go supersonic in shallow dives. It does appear that it has been moved to 9.0, but does the Javelin still do this, or does it still rip at transonic speeds?

yes, even the new control booster might alleviate the sluggish controls, but the fundamental problems still persist.
