How do i lock my fps ?
Can someone help me . i would like to lock my fps to 60 .. it drops from 100 to 80 sometimes .. and its annoying .. thx

I believe you can use MSI Afterburner. I don't personally use it, but I believe it has an option to lock FPS for specific applications.

If there's no option for refresh rate in the game then use your graphics control panel to set it.

Lots of folks use 144hz or gsync monitors now so vsync isn't a good way to control refresh rate for those monitors.

it just shows how behind i am when it comes to latest hardware lol

Install MSI Afterburner + Riva Tuner Statistics. Open up Riva Tuner and then on the right there is ''Framerate Limit'' put any number you want there. MSI afterburner has to be open in order to FPS limit to work continiously.
