even the M1A1 with HEAT round that the Stats state will penatrate 650 - you cannot kill the russian's or German 10.0 tanks with one shot, no matter wear you hit them

Tanks at top tier generally have better HEAT protection than KE protection, that said even the "best APFSDS round in the game" that the M1A1 has can't get through on the majority of frontal area.
