How to stop scroll wheel from zooming in tank sights?

For me it automatically resets it to the mouse wheel, anyone know how to fix it?

Was looking too, but it's not the keybind 'Zoom axis (Groud)', its a dropdown option a little lower: 'Mouse Wheel (ground vehicles)' You can set this to 'None'
