M901 - how to raise/lower the missile section?
I've seen Phly on Youtube raise and lower the missile section on top of the new M901 USA vehicle. Does anyone know what button option I need to set/bind to do this? Thanks for any help.

Stop the vehicle.

Its an automatic process like other automated ATGM carriers.

It lowers when driving, when you stop the vehicle it'll go back up after a few seconds.

It lowers when traveling over 10km/h, and begins to raise 10km/h and under (which is why the "battle" CC gear can be useful when moving short distances). Similar to the TOW missiles on the Bradly or the carrier for the Shturm-S.

The battle speed of this tank was reduced to 1km/h. So... You are screwed. You can only fire static. You find a low object, let the tower raise above it and hope for an enemy to show up, no initiative for you.

In urban maps, all enemies are stabilized, and you need a few seconds (like 10 actually) to shoot... You are doomed, just don't stop and hope they don't kill you.

Baka gaijin!

The "battle speed" was essentially removed on a lot of vehicles over a number of small updates since my post (which was on July 11th). I thought the "battle speed" was fine personally and I quite liked it. IIRC, they even removed it on my Shturm-S which is horrible as not only is it slow to deploy, but there is a good second and a half of idle time before it actually starts to deploy.
