So... how do you fly this thing?

It isn't really faster than its opponents, can't really turn faster and the cannons are also pretty underwhelming. I've tried to climb and dive, however this plane will get pretty hard to turn at around 600 km/h or the enemy just turns away with their better maneuverability. I'm lost and I don't know how to use it at all.

it has the center mounted cannon for more accuracy and can hold it's speed for a long time, like of you come out of a dive you plane won't throw away the extra speed you have as fast, perfect for being above your target and diving on them to shoot and then using your extra speed to run away

Keep in mind that, you are a better dogfighter than dedicated BnZ planes like what germans and americans have, and faster than dedicated dogfighters like japanese and some british planes.

You have to switch between dogfighting and BnZ depending on who you face, if it's the germans or americans, bait them in a sustained dogfight, make them bleed energy and use your superior turn rate to outmaneuver and get behind them.

If you face the japanese use your superior speed to dive on people that don't expect you, as you have better chances to land hits and kill them, if you fail, keep flying in a straight line, putting some distance between you and him and when he sees that he can't reach you and turns away, try this again till it works.

For the Weapons, well you have 3 cannons, 2 of which are not the best in the world, so the 23mm will be your workhorse, your best options is to use the belts with the most AP-I shells for the 20mm, the FI-T have a really small ammount of HE filler, so you are better off going for pilot snipers, or aiming for wings in hopes of hitting spar.
Now for the 23mm it's the other way around, go for the belts with the most FI-T shells, they have i think about 15-18 grams of TNT in them, and that's really good for a 20mm, it ain't a mineshell, but it still is good, but still id say to always go for wings, the he filler of the 23mm combined with the 2 20mm AP possibly hitting a spar usually results in wings coming off, or wing mounted fuel tanks exploding.

Hope this was helpfull

Thanks for the advice! I'm not the greatest pilot as I mostly play tanks, so any advice will be helpful.
