In the normal modes, you will never face any tank with a BR more than 1.0 above your highest-BR vehicle. Period. Such tanks are quite beatable, though certainly they tend to have the advantage.
For example. I thought i would use a 4.0 russian lineup as theres a good selection of tanks at 4.0 and 3.7.
But i noticed im always playing in a minimum of 4.3 games. So i looked at the german tree and realised that almost anyone at around that br would go slightly higher due to whats available and whats lacking at just 4.0
Consequently nearly any game i play has to be at least 4.3 because thats all the enemy will be playing.
I beleive arcade has a max br difference of 1.3.
The "mission in progress" means that you left the battle early. That's all. The "mission" is just the battle you were playing in. Take your tin foil hat theories elsewhere
Frankly, I'm not going to believe that what happened is what you think without some kind of proof.
One possible explanation would be you playing in RB, where the Stug IIIG is BR 4.0, not 4.3.
