I used the german premium at rank 1 with the 64mm pen auto cannon. There is a non premium at the same ish br with the same gun and round. It just allows you to sidle up behind enemies, get close and then tap with the cannon like you would with a normal tank. easy peasy.

It is easier at lower tiers, but it's largely due to low tier players getting into close quarters more often and being more oblivious while at it. Also autocannons being extremely viable at lower tiers helps quite a bit, especially on AAA (because they are more effective when when firing on the move).

Nevertheless, the achievement is pretty annoying to get because 1) it doesn't entirely depend on your actions and 2) it requires stupid and risky moves. Personally I've given up on it, I think I'll survive without one-hundred-percenting this game.
