I like this map a lot.
The center part isn't bad, it is how far away the spawns are that's the issue

I think this can be used as justification/excuse for every unsocial behavior:

-Our team has many french tanks ... this is pulling our survivability down ... I will quit the battle
-Those noobs in our team are not using the tactics that I as L33t player would use. I will abandon them.
-The enemy already has taken 2 caps while we have none ... no reason to waste my time ... I will quit the battle
-There are 5 clan players in the enemy team and none in my ... I will quit
-Nice map, but I am on a team on the "wrong side" of the map ... I will quit
-I am uptiered ... no sense in fighting against higher BR tanks ... I quit

No worse (or better) justifications than "wrong map, I will quit" ... and all fall on "why force it upon him?"

I for my part just call it unsocial ... you play the game and you adhere to the rules / game mechanics (and one of them is, that you cannot select the map/s you are playing on) ... and to quit the game because of its game mechanics (and not for important RL reasns) is unsocial and letting your team down (and can be the cause of your team losing, especially if your team has more than one player quitting with such a justification)

Thanks for telling it like it is....unfortunately, there are a lot of waste of skin types who are only looking out for themselves.
iself dislike the berlin map. instead of whining about it, i just charge the middle point and see whenever i die. usually between the 10-20 seconds after i spawn, so i can make a quick exit. sometimes im lucky enough to reach b and then i kill 1 before i get killed.

I hate this map and it comes way to often. Russian tanks are really bad in the open fields because terrible depression and slow rounds (untill apds, apfsds which us and british get at lower br)

Don't think you will get much sympathy because your Russian tanks can't roll around stomping everyone on this particular map. So much for Russian bias I suppose.....?

its gotta be the most hated map in the game, every time i play around 3 people on each team just leave, that doesnt happen on any other map now does it?
At least in AB it is perfectly playable, more so than Sinai which just does not belong in the game. It's was just about OK-ish for the April Fools event but that's about it.

Why do you think so?
I usually have quite ejoyable fights in Sinai.

The only map I for my part dislike is Frozen Pass (the winter map with one of the cap points in the railroad tunnel) and that only because it often results in a fight around the spawn points of one team.

Another one I partially dislike is Abandned Factory, because it seems a little bit unbalanced and often results in one team (the one who has the river on its left side) having a good chance at ROFLstomping the other team

Sinai in AB is spawn-to-spawn fight, and that's major flaw in level design in general. Same crappy design as Karelia.

As for AF map, in AB from battles i've played it seems balanced, every objective can be recapped/flanked.

ROFLstomping comes from one team being more incompetent then the other :3

Like if whole team except me is driving towards certain death on Charlie only to be flanked by actually good players.

THats a flat out lie. There's cover everywhere and you'd know that if you looked. That field between the sniper hills is not flat and hides a lot of cover that completely conciels a tank.

Well thats kinda right because kursk has literally no hills but its more old so many guys know the sniping places and etc.

Same i hate ice maps. I always perform bad in there. But when the cap is in the train tracks, no bomber can hit you

Are you talking about shrubbery? It has that, but lacks objects to shield you from incoming fire like houses or hills.
