rebalance for CCKW 353 AA

the pompom at br 3.0. i told people this was too strong. i can shoot freaking shermans with this thing. 70 pen at 100 meters with a neverending gun (until it overheats).

In RB and SB I could imagine this going up perhaps to 4.3 or so, but in arcade keep it as is, because it suffers 'kamikaze syndrome'. But then again that goes for any BR, so not sure.

These give people trouble? All of their ammo is out in the open... as is the crew. Even just hosing one down with an MG will result in a kill.

Sounds good to me, that puts it there with the Wirbelwind, but with a much more powerful gun in exchange for 0 armor.

I just want to point out how hilarious it is that a French truck with ~75mm of pen at 3.0 is 'way too low of a BR'

yet... the Germans have had a half track at 3.0 with ~65mm of pen since tanks CBT.

Seems pretty even to me.

I could see a slight BR change for this vehicle but please do us all a favor and stop complaining about SPAA being "OP" because it's got a high penn round and "OH SPAA SHOULD BE ONLY KILLOING PLAOES!!!"
