Very subjective question, but I'd say probably the T29 and the IS-6, they're pretty darn easy to use.
Other contenders I'd say are the T20 and Chi-Nu II.
But in reality, probably the T20, Chi Nu II, or the M4A5
With so much of what makes a tank "good" being reliant on the person using it... this isn't really an easy question to answer... What "works" for one guy isn't necessarily going to work for the next, and what is great in a downtier might be worthless in an uptier.
T20 is nice, IMO is let down by the fact that it only has 3 gears. I've really liked my M4A5, even though I probably don't play it as much as I should.
The KV-220 (really easy to angle, albiet a mediocre gun), VFW (Long 88 with something like 4 second reload at 5.7... fully traversable), and KV-1B (Same as KV-220) are all pretty good tanks. If you're looking for the higher end stuff, I'd probably end up recommending the Leopard L/44. Seen a lot of people use it quite well, a lot of people like it.
I suppose the one thought I would add is that you should evaluate how effective you will be if you buy a premium vehicle that you cannot support with similar-BR vehicles.
Make sure you hang around with friends, as the T29 is hard to finish off but easier to temporarily make helpless (average armour, big target, lots of spread-out crew, ammo is hard to detonate).
Flat-out outperforms the MBT-70 in all areas except autocannon, and that vehicle is at 9.0.
Could easily go to 9.3 with no issues, completely stomps on a downtier.
The Ho-Ri for the gun and armor at its BR, and the puma/pakwagens for the speed, maneuverability and the guns in flanking positions allows them to punch way beyond their BRs.
The KV-220 isn’t nearly as good as it was before the ammo pen recalculation, so it’s not as unstoppable as a juggernaut as it used to be.
I suppose an honorable mention may go to the VFW, but that one doesn’t fit my play style.
