Stop mixing 9.0 with 10.0

i feel like 8.0 to 9.0 is less of a jump then 9.0 to 10.0 since they go from barely mach 1 at 9.0 to the mach 2 ones

Imo thermal vs no thermal is a bigger problem. It's like AB sights vs realistic. Or like wall back. And unlike a XM-1 (prem) vs T 80, it's absolutely unbalanced, because you can't just outmanouver or to an extend even hide from thermal noobs
