T-34 1942 or T-34E STZ?

It seems like the 1942 is better, but is it actually? Im researching the 1942 rn and I'm not sure about the STZ

The T-34E STZ has an additional armour plate on the front, 15mm of extra steel. It is a bit slower but has crazy good armour.

t-34-42 is better, it has a better-armored turret and also lower BR, extra 15mm on chassis doesn't really matter cuz machinegun hole is still exposed

i am br 4.3, should i still use -42 over STZ?

Depends on how you fight, if your mainly fighting with your turret only exposed (camping or fighting with cover from ground elevation), then take 1942, if your going in for close combat, I think the STZ is better for that situation.
