t44-100. Is it bad?

I've played the t44-100 a couple times and it stock. Personally, I hate this tank very much because the armor is really bad of course its in 7.0. Well dealing with maus isn't very hard but with t95,leopard,foch,object 120,tortoise? Well i think its going to be good if its fully upgraded but for the stock,its crap. Now its sitting in my hangar zapping my money. I prefer the t44-122 an dthe t44-85(the first one). The t44-122 has crap armor but a good gun and the t44 got a decent armor and gun.In this stock t44-100 I get one shot with british shells. I sidescrape and angle and still thats useless. The panther 2 is similar to the t44-100 but has a great gun,good accuracy,rangefinder,good shells, and normal traverse. The stock t44-100 is so slow even tho its a medium tank. Why can't the tank skirt armor get rid of and put in the frontal armor lel. The tank skirt is only useful for heat rounds.

I actually like the T-44-100 more than the T-54s simply because it has that turret traverse, Much easier for situational awareness

I dont think its anything special, but i love the 100mm to death. Its a tank thats more about the gun to me.

Disappointing to hear...I'm currently grinding this tank having just got the IS-2 Mod. 1944. Would it be best to skip it and go for the T-54s?

Hmm.. If I were you, I'd research the Obj 906 instead. At that BR, armor wont matter unless you're a IS-4m :P

You get a quick light tank (which comes with reduced spawn cost) and the new scouting feature

Stabilizers
APHE on par with the Tiger II's 88mm APHE
HEAT-FS for anything with actual armor
in a nice reload of 6.0s

Personally, i just dont really like the T44. I played it a little then skipped it because at the time Russia lacked a 7.0 lineup with only the T44100 at that BR, the armor is meh, especialyl with RUs and Leos running around now, and weak turret cheeks of course. But i love the T34-100 because of the gun (which is the same of course) so im sure theres alot to love about the T44-100 if you get proficient at it. Its the same gun and ammunition used on the T54-1947 and even at 7.7 that gun can kill maus', so it keeps me happy. Id give it a try if i were you. Like i said, its all about the gun, so if you can get to love that, im sure youll have a blast

i said stock! anyway i could grind the is 2 easily with the t44-122. Its clearly a boomstick but crappy armor but i can play with that. But i thought the is 2 is slow and big so I decided to grind the t44/100. I thought its good but brtish shells are hell.

The T44-100 is a good tank. Good mobility, good turret turning, and good ammo once you unlock the D model shells. They can pen a Maus frontally in turret when up close. Just play it like a glass cannon, try to flank, and you'll have fun with it.

Ok update guys. So i got 5 kills and died because no fpe and hit by spaa in engine. Got 9000 silver lion but turns out to be 3k because 6k is repair, its rb. Its a good tank but the bonus tho. Yea im now bankrupt and can't play the t44-100 again. I thought this tank was good but RIP the reward.

Stock, yeah. But it gets fast after you get the upgrades for it.

I'm a wallet warrior but nothing, nothing even my T29 isn't more fun, this is seriously the best tank in the game , it isn't a medium tank, it is a super medium tank. It has godlike speed, godlike armour and godlike gun, this tank has no weaknesses and if it is played by me then Rest In Peace the enemy team.

Yeah me too,im a wallet warrior. Bought t44-122 and 2 packs of gold. Pretty much t29 and t34 is good. I've tried them in wot blitz. But nothing is more enjoyable then shooting them in the side or shooting the lower glacis. Anyway what is the connection of your comment and discussion?

Most of the heavy tanks at 7.0 is faster than it, also it is constantly uptiered.
