How am I supposed to defend against the Ta 154?

Ta 154 spam is crazy this week, and that means I can't just be a bomber anymore. My gunners just tickle them, but with a very small chance to actually set them on fire...

For bombers... your really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ just climb high so that can't shoot you that easily and hopefully get them with your gunner under your aircraft. For fighters just try and turn fight if British or even Russian. For an american aircraft get a height advantage and dive down if possible. Issue is their engine is good. Aim for the wings!

Ta 154 is so easy to kill since there is no protection in the cockpit, pilot snipe is a very common thing, for me tho there is once a mixed battle where I went head on with the Ta 154 but I shot him 0.7km away from him. Why? Because Mk 108s are useless in long range. Then I pull a spin and turned, same as the Ta 154. But grave mistake I killed him right on the spot with a pilot kill while hes turning.

Ta 154 A1 has fairly good cockpit protection to comparable 4.0BR aircraft, I'd only try and pilot snipe if you are diving in from above. I haven't ever been pilot snipped, but I haven't flown it much yet and also I’ve only taken it out in AB so far.
