I don't know how it counts, but I do believe that thunderskill puts a high emphasis on w/ratio.
This might be counting scores, which is apples and oranges. (I don't know how many times I killed all incoming targets so that my team mates could get the cap unhindered, no points for capping though...)
And silver lions in a world where the number you get is dependent on if you drive a premium, have a premium account or boosters is largely irrelevant.

I wouldn't put much trust in warthunder.com ... I've been playing worse lately (excuses, excuses, British tanks), still my ranking is increasing. And I've looked around a bit, it seems that anyone who has played a few hundred games or more is ranked at least a very good player.

I think the most reliable sources we have is the in game values for winrate and the average relative position in the team.

where do you see AB 63% excelent?? in RB you need higher effeciency to be rated as excelent than you do in AB.

I think it's due to the fact that they use the same algorithm to get efficiency across all game modes.
Then it's separated depending on how much population there is at a given level.

In AB, the top, let's say 10% of players have a lower efficiency that the efficiency of the top 10% players in RB.
Comparing efficiency accross game modes is apples and oranges, the meta is different. (and so is comparing those who play mostly planes and mostly ground, they should separate these imo)
