Any reason why this is the only American premium plane that does not get a talisman?

Probably it's treated more as an extra tip for buying the pack.

I mean, I wish it had a talisman, so it matters a bit. I don't feel cheated or anything. Just wondered why it was the only one.

Somewhere in Russia there was a meeting about it and they choose to make that vehicle a paid one, but not give it a talisman.

The A-26C-45 doesn’t get a talisman either for the US. Nor does the D.521 for UK. Both of these aircraft were (at one point) available as gifts for purchasing certain products.

Some planes are just gift planes.
