Is KV-85 worth anything?

Just a question from someone having played the KV2-ZIS, the IS1, the T-34-85 AS WELL AS this poor excuse of a tank and whom wonders what this crap is good for.

Seriously...

No armor (even worse than those of KV1Es/ZIS)
Poor mobility
No better cannon than those of T-34-85 or of IS1s.


Is it me not knowing how to play it, or is my review accurate?

T-34 85 has the same gun as well as mobility (and an arguably better armor without a ridiculous 30mm weakspot when angled)

Fills a hole if you need something at 5.3, KV-1 chassis is pretty rubbish though at that BR, I would rather use SU-85M.

As said above its really meant to fill a hole when grinding. The Kv-2 while it is workable at its br cant stand on its own. I've used the kv85 and while its not good its also not that bad. Again its meant for you to use, get an is-1 or t-34 85 then swap it out for one of those.

Yes it's good, same turret as the IS-1. More playable frontal armour (the IS pike nose only works in some situations). The only things it really does worse than the IS-1 are 0 angle frontal thickness and reverse speed.

Use the IS-1 and T-34/85 D5-T and you'll do much better.

I researched it and i dont regret nothing,its a good vehicle with good gun,IS1 used to be 5.7 vehicle you know.

Alright, more power to the people who were able to find any interest in that garbage of a tank (for the KV85) xD. I agree with it as being a hole filler though. That's just about it.

That's also good the IS1 got down tiered though.

i have found that angling the sides is strong similar to the kv-220 *note i play arcade not realistic i know im a scrub but take my advice and give it a try
