Plane levels out at low altitude
When I fly close to the ground my plane levels out. Is this an option I dont know about or is it a simulator thing.

its a option you can turn off

It is an 'Instructor' setting intended to prevent newbies from ripping their wings off because they flew to close to the ground.

you can turn it off - Under 'instructor' settings look for the line "Auto-restricts control of the airplane when near the Ground" and make sure it says 'No'

Just know - with it off, landing will become more difficult as you will have to manually adjust for pitch, yaw, and roll.
