The Gaijin Support is not Responding at all

I made a request about me not getting a lot of research points in the past days. I uploaded a lot of screenshots, server replay links and other proof and the only answer that came after that was 2 days later: (btw this is not quoted, I just summed the 2 lines up) "It's your problem ,sry."
I made a respond to that explaining, how this occured because of a bug and was not my fault rather than the fault of the game and thus would it be an easy solution to give me my rewards.
I am not getting any answer for 4-5 days now, made a new ticket that deals about this issue and the person being assigned to me not answering at all, no answer either...
I struggle to find this customer SUPPORT competent and ask now if there is any other possibilty to find JUSTICE except the support?

Support has always been helpful for me, can you define the issue you're having here? Maybe it really *is* on your end. Or, you can post on the official forums https://forum.warthunder.com as nobody from Gaijin aside from the assigned Steam moderators (and sometimes a tech support member, but not every often) check Steam Discussions.

They judged your case and denied your claims. No matter how much you spam them now about the same thing, they'll obviously ignore that.

PS: And that's how EVERY support handles such cases, btw, just in case you get the idea that only Gaijin would do that.

The problem is that I did not get my research points for the very first battles I had with the s.o. 8000. Because of the 5x rp boost for the first victory ( and 1x600% as well as 2 x15% booster active). I assume this happened, because the game did not understand, that I own access to the french aircraft thus did not select any vehicle for the future research. That was also the argument in 2 lines, that the support gave me. I can't understand, how this is in the eyes of the support my fault and not clearly a bug of the game. I had like mentioned above, a lot of proof, that this happened, I even proofed that the game did not select any vehicle for future research and the support uses that as an argument against me even tho it shows the game did a mistake...
I will try my best on the official forums I guess. By the time the support answers do I own all french airplanes.

Yeah I guess that's true, that would explain why I do not get any answer anymore and my second ticket is being irgnored pretty much.

lol i literally made a ticket about a pedophile trying to contact kids ingame 3-4 months ago and its still pending, gaijin are freaking disgusting

That's not really a support related issue... you should take that up with a Game Master.

That's not really a support related issue... you should take that up with a Game Master.

That doesn't mean tho that the support shouldn't have done something about it and talk to a gamemaster themselves or send the player to one.. there is just no active feedback from the support IMO
