US in AB by far. Look at clans, BR3 P47s, A20s, Corsairs 4 guys with those and grounds are done in under 5 mins. BR 4 still P47s, but also tough medium bombers and the P61 which while awful as vanilla when fully upgraded is deadly. Honourable mention to German medium bombers at around BR3 - Ju88 A1 and A4 can wreak carnage with their 32/30 bomb loads but if you want to win with loads of points its US, but I get bored of that. P47s also great BnZ for their BR but if you are trying to win you hit grounds then dogfight to a quick death for reload respawn.

Unlike Fascist Planes and Kapitalist, Glourious worker's planes are made to ground attacker, and do it good.
And your teammates won't yell at you for ground attacking because You're in an attacker this time.

Arguably the US if you consider the overall package you can get with most planes, as well as some select standouts. Most US fighters can carry suprisingly good bomb loads, and once the excess wight is shed, double up as decent fighters, though you'll have to deal with an energy disadvantage. The F6F line is my personal favorite since it can carry a very good loadout (2x 1k Ibs & 6 rockets) and can fight fairly well afterwards, though the p47s and p51s (p61too) offer similar well-rounded capabilities.

English Typhoons also offer similar capabilites but are arguably better with air-to-air combat. Notable cannon planes are the 40mm hurricane and 47mm typhoon, though the cannons are quite innacurate.

The germans also offer some very good options, but are mostly specialized, relying on high-ap autocannons which need their AP belts unlocked. Often these are mounted on specialized heavy fighters (ME410), so can be quite vulnerable against fighters and AAA. Bf109s with 15mm guns can also offer good performance, being able to penetrate the most common (light/medium/TD) tanks, but you'll have to pay special attention to setting up strafing runs since you NEED to hit the most vulnerable parts at steep angles. The 109s can also double up as good fighters as well, but be aware that those 15mm guns are not super accurate and have limited ammo.

Also, i guess the yak 9k and 37mm equipped planes are pretty funny, but you're limited to killing open-topped vehicles

Later doesn't necessarily mean better as far as attack aircraft are concerned.

The Ju 87 G and He 129 remain relevant for a long time. The 410 definitely can't outpen the 129, but I don't know about the Ju 87g

The problem I see here is you probably mean RB. Ground kills are rather irrelevant in RB, at least air RB, and you take away a fighter slot which might actually be useful. And you won't get that many ground kills either, the flight times for reloading being too long.

In AB on the other hand one can easily enough get 50ish ground kills on low BR light vehicles maps and 20+ on higher BR ground attack maps, which is quite relevant to the outcome of the game.

Personally I love my 3.0 or even 2.7 P-47 making entire low BR lineups wager-capable :)

Low Rank (super Low rank) Bombers, the best have French by Far (52x 50kg or 30 Bombs most of them 200kg) or Italiens but if you climb those nations become useless more or less.

Lowish BR, 2.3 and below, anything except US and GB are actually great. The Russian BB line is 4 attackers with 12 50kg bombs that can shoot vehicles while reloading bombs, Japan got 2 Ki-21 (if you got the event plane as well) wiht 21 50kg bombs, France and Italy as mentioned, germans got some bombers with quite some 50 kg bombs too.

In what world does a Ju-87 get compared with an Me 410 in air RB?

I'm talking combined RB, where the opposite of what you said is true-blue attackers with cannons can outlast strike fighters, the latter of which needs to rearm after every kill.

Germany, USA, UK and USSR all have capable ground attackers.
Italians and french somewhat less so.

USA probably takes the crown as their regular M2 Browning 12.7mm can kill Light pillboxes. i don't think any mg of the other nations can.
