Are Accounts deleted?
So a friend of mine offered me a voucher for Warthunder and I thought this was a great opportunity to start playing again.
Strangely enough password recovery with my usual email adresses doesn't work, so all progress is lost.
Are inactive accounts deleted?

We had a guy in our clan that claimed Gaijin deleted his account for inactivity. Of course we had no way of knowing if he was telling the truth.

i know of people coming back after years long breaks so my instinct would be no, and there is still some account with the ingame name i wanted which has never progressed past lvl 1 in years...

are you sure you got the right email? did your account have 2 factor authentication? if not perhaps some hacker got ahold of it and got you banned...

had a 2 year break never went on warthunder, account still works.

How long did you not logged in? Because i took around a 6 month break from WT and i still have it and i'm able to play with it

Can confirm, my original account was deleted and I believe the threshold of time given is 60 days which seems damn minimal to delete accounts based off of.

theres no way they delete game accounts. i literally was not polaying the game for more than a year! 2 years as i said. i did not log in ever in those days! All my achieved tanks and planes were still kept! however i did not use a steam login i used a gaijin login.

No, that isn't true. I have a friend who hadn't played wt for over a year and he could log in fine just a few days ago
