How to change crosshair color while aiming at a enemy airplane

i got my crosshair in cyan blue and when i aim at a enemy play (Casual Matches) then it always changes into a red color as soon i aim at him so how do i deactivate it cause i dont see ♥♥♥♥ while aiming with that ♥♥♥♥
