Any way to lock the turret forward??
When driving a tank, I often hold down C so I can freely look around while steering my tank with A and D. Problem is, the turret will not stay put, even tho I am in free look mode, the turret will keep rotating to where the mouse was originally pointing.

Am I missing something here??

The current solution is to switch to your machine gun. It will basically lock the main gun in place.
Good luck if you don't have a roof mounted MG.

As Stinger said, but note that you'll have to key bind the switch to controlling the mg first.

Make sure the turret has completely stopped moving before using free look. It happens sometimes.

Well since the OP was wanting the turret to stay still, i wonderd why not use them or if they didn't work while driving

While it does work, It would mean to stop you from looking close things, especially on the move.
