Anyway, if you only need cpu + mobo + dimm + gpu, you should go for i5 and 1060.
No the console controls are bad and the game runs at 30 fps
1050ti's are even cheaper and would probably work just as well.
As they said above, War Thunder runs well on anything. Even potatoes with integrated graphics and ddr2 ram.
1060 runs it at 60fps? It depends if you get the 6gb version or the 3gb version, but both should go well over 60fps. I got a msi gtx 970 and i run it around 100 fps.

The word Well is his opinion, Runs on anything is his statement if i am correct. You said it ran at 10fps, which means he was not false.

I wasn't trying to say that it caps out at 60, but it reaches at least 60.
