Why can't I kamikaze tanks using a plane?

There is a few open top/light tanks you can kamikaze, like the m16 american AA, a hellcat, and more stuff. In my eyes all open top tanks should be able to get rammed by planes and die, and also a few other non open top tanks with light armor, but definitely the open top ones.

Well, only if you slam it into an open top vehicle or dump all of your payload at the last second to pretend you have accuracy with bombs or rockets, but not just slaming an aircraft into a fully enclosed tank.

A large 4.7 T plane made of wood at 500kmh isn't gonna do the same damage as a smaller hard steel shell designed to pull as much impact force on one point flying more than 3 time faster

It depends, a lightly armored open top AA tank will take way more damage from a plane crashing into him then a 90mm thick shell that penetrates. It all depends on shell, tank and plane.
