Having a real problem with my plane flipping upright the moment i let go of the joystick, even when using full realistic controls. Any Ideas?

do you have mouse aim on? it is possible you have both modes of control on and your joystick is only overriding mouse aim when it is recieving input, the moment you release it mouse aim kicks in again. thats what was happening the last time someone asked this if i recall

turn off mouse aim if thats what it is

I would save the configuration (in case you want to recover back) and then reset everything to default, to assign carefully button by button, this game has many clutches, options and possible combinations, maybe you were tweaking something and combined commands by mistake.
