Type 62 ruined

So now I have to suffer with 142MM of pen until I can get HEATFS.

142. At 6.7.

This is so typical of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥t gaijin. Why doesnt this tank come fully upgraded? Its a damn premium for christ sakes!

Type-62 had to have HEATFS as well as some other minor-retweaks to match irl vehicle. As it was before, it wasn't PLA's Type-62, was more of GLA's Type-62, a just fantasy machine

Also, you just having the so infamous stock-syndrome however you still are competitive at 6.7, imagine how the uptiered T-44 does? How the M26 does? How Challenger does?
Just play as a flank/support role while you don't get HEATFS.

stock and as a 5.7 the type-62 was doing just fine, but agreed that as 6.7 and stock its just plain horrible.

Thats why it has a 6.7 BR. Becuase its HEATFS.

There is no way in a direct 1v1, you have a chance with a type 62.

But with HEATFS, you can pen the TIger 2 turret and maybe ammo rack him. Or take out his gunner. But there is no way a 142 MM shell can do taht

You can actually go straight through the Upf plate of a tiger II and kill driver and gunner with HEATFS. I finally got heat and it makes the type 62 pretty good actually, it's somewhat comparable to the t34 100.

did you not read my post?

I said you cant win against a tiger 2 with a stock Type 62 but when it unlocks the HEATFS shells its plenty capable and tahts why it has the 6.7 BR (Still should be lower as it legit has the armor and crew of a BT-5)

The point of this is that right now, as stock, its unusable and should have had its upgrades given out freely this last server update.
