Paying Via steam

For some reason i go to buy eagels and it does not give me the pay via steam option.

This is how I purchase items through the Gaijin store using the Steam wallet:

>Login to War Thunder
>Go to the Shop tab in the top right corner in the hangar
>Select the button marked as 'Gold', this will create another menu where you can purchase Golden Eagles
>Click on any one of them, now through the Steam overlay you should be taken to the Gaijin store
>Go to the url bar at the top and crop the link to this: http://store.gaijin.net/ Then hit ENTER to go to the Gaijin store.
>Through the Gaijin store search for the item you wish to purchase.
>With the item selected there should now be an option to Pay with Steam under the buy button. If there is not then try clicking the buy button, the option to purchase with steam should appear below the button.

Is Steam the payment processor, or does it just use the payment source you have registered with Steam?

If you created your War Thunder account from the official website, you should be able to buy stuff directly from the store after logging in on the website.
