T 29 worth it?

I have yet to grind T4-5 of american tanks, I was wondering would it be best for AB ground forces to really grind them out. I usually get 10ish kills with my tiger 2 H on avg, so would it be suited for my gameplay type as well?

T29 is still the best us heavy tank. Also its one of the best 4 tier premiums in WT, but tiger 2 is better imo. Cant tell much about it in ab, but in rb t29 performs pretty good.

For RB, yes, definitely. I'm not sure about AB though, whenever I play it in AB it seems to be a plane magnet and just gets bombed over and over.

Already got the SLA, and grinded out all the tanks for T5 germany.

It's just as lethal in ab as in RB. I also stepped over from the tigerII to the T29 an got a solid 2.5 kd, even better than in my tiger.

you can do good in ab if you don t rush in the middle of the map

The T-29 is worth it if you need the extra bonus on SL and RP for the Tier 4 - 5 Americans. It's basically a hull down monster and if you angle well enough and know where to aim you can hold off whole advances sometimes.

Tier 5 american tanks is not that good. Buy a russian or german premium or tailsman.

already got access, no need to buy into it lol but at its current state I can only get the tiger h1 making it useless when grinding T5

T-29 is the only truly competitive tank for americans at tier 4. Other american tanks are meh, but the T-29 is about as good as the Tiger 2, and even better when hull downed.
