I need Gaming PC advice.
I'm think about getting a new Computer that can run War Thunder at a higher graphics setting and also games like Arma 3 and Spintires. I have my eye on a Alienware computer, here are the specs:

PC CPU: 2.9GHz Intel Core i3 4130T
PC Memory: 4GB DDR3 SDRAM 1,600MHz
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GPU
Storage: 500GB 5,400rpm HDD

If anyone could give me any suggestions on any other computers that I should get, please tell me. I have a limit of £700-£800.

Alienware are expensive for the hardware they offer.

You need to know exactly what nvidia gpu they have, but looking at the cpu and ram, that pc is not worth it.

PS: If you want some advices, you should post more details: where are you from (or link to the shop you want to buy it from); what resolution are you playing at; are peripherals included in this budget? do you mind buying parts (it's actually cheaper)...

1st step, DO NOT BUY ALIENWARE. You easily pay an extra 20%+ just for the brand name.

An i3 and 4GBs of RAM? That's bad even by laptop standards. A lot of your FPS relies on your GPU too, so it's important to know what it is. Nvidia has tonnes of GPUs.

Since you didn't reply and I have to go, assuming that you already got a monitor and you're playing at 1080p, this is my suggestion:

(pick a case and, if you want, a ssd)

2.9 GHz on the CPU? Mine has 3.2 stock, almost 4.0 with OC. And it's a 2010 CPU.

Step 2: Build the PC yourself. If you don't know how, get a friend who knows or look around the internet. There are plenty of tutorials to learn from.
It's not that complicated, it's a ton of fun and it costs less than buying a pre-built PC.

That Alienware is outdated junk.
Put it together yourself if you want decent PC for this money that can run basicly anything with 1080p monitor:

As other people were saying, Alienware it's not worth it and in that budget you should get gtx 1060, i5 7th gen and 8gb ddr4.

Do not go with alienware, they are ♥♥♥♥. Its better if you build your pc but If you really need a prebuilt or laptop go with MSI or ASUS, as those brands tend to not ♥♥♥♥ their costumers like dell do. Make sure it has dual channel ram ( at least 8gb), SSD ( at least 32gb) + a R480/470 or gtx 1050/60. CPU won't make a big difference.

For reliable gaming you really need at least an i5 (or AMD equivalent) and 8GB of RAM, although RAM is not the most expensive thing in a computer today, so I think I would spend the money up front for 16GB.

For half-decent graphics (as-in Medium High at 1080p in many modern games, not just WT) you want at a minimum the equivalent of a GTX 1050 Ti, but if you can get the GTX 1070, I would do that... the extra performance is VERY noticeable in games. AMD has some decent options also in the R9 series, starting with the 470.

Here are some options that may actually let you play on HIgh at your price range: https://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100019096%20600566987%20601190702%20601190704%20601190705%20601202914%20600537062%20600537061%20601206054%20601204432%20601272561%20601195638%20601195636&IsNodeId=1&bop=And&Page=2&PageSize=36&order=PRICE

You can at times get a decent deal on an Alienware, but definitely not on the one you described. Those specs will not get you very far in terms of a gaming PC today.

Something like this with and i5 and 2x HD 480's in Crossfire mode (that's 2 graphics cards working together at the same time, each with 8GB of VRAM) is a crazy good deal if you can find something similar: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883102252

I stuck with a tried and true (for me) system type, this should do all you want from gaming to web browsing etc.

Price for here is £90 more than the above UK PC Part Picker and your personal budget as I fill out all the criteria needed in one go over leaving a mistake where something either does not fit, or you don't get enough space for future upgrades and additions, or you have other issues and have to do a troubleshoot of them by removing components, I try keeping all the stuff I choose to highly reputed brands that I PERSONALLY owned something of as I have done this before as a rookie PC Builder.

Not everybody knows how to build a PC, and you really still need to factor-in the cost of the OS, any software you need on top of that (such as MS Office/Outlook), and the time it would take to actually set everything up properly.

I actually really enjoy building PCs myself, however I can understand why not everybody would be into that. It was a PITA making all of the wiring fit where it should with all of the drives and water cooling, and there is ALWAYS something that needs to be tweaked in the BiOS before you run into the first driver issue that takes several hours of online updating to finally fix.
