That's acually one of the poorer, if not the worst among the SPG's fielded by Italy in WW2. There are much better vehicles in the Semovente-class than this one.

Although the 90mm gun is good, it can carry a maximum of 6 or 7 rounds for it without the support of an ammunition carrier or trailer.
You may as well field a wheeled 90mm AT gun with its Prime Mover, and it'll have similar operational capabilities, though lesser tactical mobility.
